Business Intern - (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior) Job

Position Summary

The internship involves working with the Gas Operations department to improve processes in three specific areas. These are to update the Gas Apprenticeship Program, Process creation for material procurement and storeroom standardization, and refining fleet standardization documentation.

Essential Responsibilities 

• Work with Supply Chain on reviewing data to create better material standards.

• Filing and scanning records.
• Data Entry into our proprietary system.
• Assist with day-to-day general office duties.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be enrolled in an  accredited college
• First quartile in class rank (if class rank is available) and/or a minimum of a 3.0 GPA
• Ability to follow through on all assignments and deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously and establish priorities. 
• Proficient documentation skills
• Strong Excel program experience required
• Excellent Communication skills
