Position Summary
Serves as the Enterprise Learning Team’s internal learning technology expert and solution advocate. Possesses fluency with the corporate learning industries leading learning systems, tools and process solutions as well as the user requirements and stories that drive the technological need. Articulates solutions that complement existing enterprise learning systems.
Essential Responsibilities
- Analyze legacy enterprise technology related learning capabilities to provide a baseline that describes capability, efficiency and sustainment.
- Define learning stakeholder requirements/stories and prioritized gap analysis.
- Develop in collaboration with Talent Technology partners an Enterprise Learning Technology roadmap as well as supporting initiatives, business cases and success metrics.
- Provides solution recommendations, business case, advocacy, governance, usage guidance and implementation support to ensure positive learning user experience, development tooling, project / program management and reporting / compliance solutions.
- Advises and assists with the introduction of technology-supported learning through workshops and one-off consultations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning or Information Technology.
- Ten years of experience in corporate training with five years of dedicated experience in learning technology.
- Experience in leading synchronous and asynchronous learning solutions and managing and integrating learning management systems.
- Experience with leading technical and learning teams in learning technology projects.
Preferred
- Past experience with leading technical implementation project
- Past experience with launching technical tools to various user groups
