Position Summary

Responsible for the effective management and implementation of policies and procedures concerning the leasing of various Company facilities to communications companies. Manage customer relationships and outside contractors, administer agreements, act as the project manager related to access requests from the first point of contact to completion of construction and billing. Ensures the maximization of rental revenue and project expense recovery.

Essential Responsibilities


  • Project Management – Effectively manages assigned projects concerning the siting of third-party communications equipment on Company assets in compliance with Company policies and applicable state and federal regulations. Effectively leads cross functional teams to successfully manage assigned projects to completion.
  • Business Process Implementation: Responsible for the effective implementation of Joint Use policies and procedures as directed by management. Participates in the review of Joint Use processes and identifies opportunities to standardize and improve efficiencies. Develops associated implementation plans and provides training to both internal and external customers to ensure processes are effectively implemented.
  • Effectively Manages Customer Relationships - Builds and maintains effective working relationships with both internal and external customers. Clearly communicates policies and procedures and effectively resolves any conflicts. Acts as the Company liaison between Field Operations and Joint Use external customers.
  • Contractor Performance – Responsible for managing and evaluating contracted resources performance of assigned work. Clearly communicates work requirements and performance expectations to contractors. Identifies gaps in performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Financials – Responsible for the proper and timely invoicing and collection of recoverable project expenses and ongoing rent billing of third-party attachment leases.

Minimum Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 or more years of demonstrated experience in project coordination or other equivalent experience with direct customer contact.
  • Proven ability to build/maintain positive working relationships.
  • Desire knowledge of delivery construction, operations, design, and financials.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $66,000 to $94,000 per year
