Project Description:

  • Work with Human Resources / Employee Services team to support our workforce in navigating employee services and benefits. Work as an entry level analyst doing tasks that support the tools, programs, and databases used to perform various operational tasks such as communications, program monitoring, process improvement, coordination, and business decision making. Through practical operations experience and mentoring, a successful candidate will gain significant professional confidence and people skills while learning an array of HR disciplines.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Communications major, English major, or other related fields
  • Sophomore and above
  • Must live in a commutable distance from downtown Minneapolis, MN (hybrid/flexible)
  • Must be able to work part time during the school year

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $16.20 per hour
