Position Summary
Develop and deliver integrated data and tracking solutions that support product performance accuracy and regulatory reporting. Reporting to include tracking and analysis of key customers, vendor and market trends, product metrics, and key performance indicators. Recognize and deliver data and process improvements for the company. Perform uploads, inserts, and upserts to provide better data integrity and process efficiencies.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Consult with product and channel management to define and refine requirements, data manipulation, reporting needs and analysis. Work with regulatory affairs, technical consultants, account management, and rebate operations to communicate and execute analysis and reporting needs to support the Customer Solutions programs and strategy.
  • Assess the product delivery process, Customer Solution metrics, sales cycle and regulatory requirements to create informational solutions and process improvements that support team strategy and goals.
  • Provide effective administration and maintenance to Salesforce.com, extract large volume data, and correct or add large volume data into CRM utilizing data loader software to perform inserts, updates, upserts, or deletions.
  • Perform or participate in special projects in support of Customer Solutions business strategy.
  • Act as team liaison for IT and Customer Solutions to understand business needs, gather and document business requirements, and test delivered solutions.
  • Develop, create, and train on customized reports, dashboards, and uploads.

 


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent work experience (6 years of experience may supplement the degree in addition to the required 2 years) .
  • Minimum of 2 years program analysis, program management or market research experience.
  • Previous experience working with CRM and Apex Dataloader or similar software.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements, communicate clearly, develop scope of work, and deliver results on deadline.
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects and processes concurrently and adapt to changing business priorities on short notice.

Preferred

  • Previous experience working with CRM (such as Salesforce)  
  • Previous experience generating energy efficiency and/or load management program performance reporting 
  • Previous experience working closely with product managers to deliver program reporting or enhancements within Salesforce
  • Previous experience with adding, testing and launching new programs or enhancements within Salesforce

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $66,000 to $94,000 per year
