Position Summary

The Process Automation Developer I utilize process automation technology to design and develop automated solutions for manual and repetitive work across the enterprise. They support and maintain their automations and are responsible for accurate system operations and functional results. They are a key contact with customers during automation development, deployment, and hypercare.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Automation Development: Develops automation sub-processes and simple automations.
  • Business Process Analysis: Collaborates to evaluate and design automation solutions.
  • Automation Support & Maintenance: Maintains existing automations and implements incremental improvements.
  • Technical Expertise: Stays current with existing and emerging automation technologies.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Science, Business or related field, or 4 years of experience equivalent to the position.
  • Demonstrated ability to build subject matter and tool expertise.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships.
  • Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and troubleshoot issues.
  • 0-1 year of relevant professional experience.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $58,000 to $82,666 per year
