Summary

Responsible for initiating residential and commercial service request information related to gas and electric service inspections and demolition requests. Responsible for assigning all pertinent information to ensure correct routing of request enabling accurate design, construction, and billing.

Essential Responsibilities

• Process and initiate gas and electrical inspection notifications received from external jurisdictional authorities (inspectors). Coordinate notifications for residential and commercial inspections.
• Determine correct geographical routing of inspection notifications.
• Responsible for accurate data entry and communication between working areas that reflect Xcel Energy's processes associated with CIS, ServConn and PassPort.
• Coordinate with various Design and/or Operations personnel to ensure service requests are processed within range of available resources.
• Central point of contact for processing commercial and residential, gas and electric, service and meter removal requests.

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years experience with computer systems including but not limited to Microsoft Office

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $26.97 per hour
