Project Description:

• The Nuclear Supply Chain department consists of several groups, each with specific roles including both technical and non-technical positions. We are a support group to the overall Business Unit for the safe and reliable operation of a Nuclear Reactor to provide our communities electric service.  Our everyday responsibilities include procuring, tracking, storing and issuing over fifty thousand different parts required to maintain the reactor both online and during re-fueling activities.
• Our extensive material list needs analysis, confirmation of accurate information, and availability verification with vendors. Responsibilities would include an overall inventory analysis for a portion of the materials in our system, reporting out on deviations, recommending corrective actions, and coordinating these actions with various personnel. This position will support both Monticello and Prairie Island sites, with possible visits to Prairie Island as needed.

(Starting pay is based on Freshman college level and will increase each additional year of college)

Minimum Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in a business related field
• Inventory Analytics
• Supply Chain Management
• Must be able to work full time during the summer and part time during the school year

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $15.00 per hour
