Position Summary:

Plans, oversees, and coordinates the physical workplace with business and employee needs. Manages operations and maintenance functions, supports Property Services, and ensures compliance with building codes and safety standards. Provides customer support and coordinates projects to meet business unit requests.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assures optimal function of building systems and develops short-term facility utilization plans.
  • Manages projects with in-house resources or contractors under moderate supervision.
  • Ensures compliance with codes and standards; oversees contractors for outsourced services.
  • Administers operations and maintenance activities acquired in leases and contracts.
  • Provides customer support for Property Services functions and facility sites.
  • Coordinates and monitors assigned projects, communicating status to customers.
  • Participates in budget gathering and provides feedback to Property Services.
  • Maintains vendor relations and enforces contract conditions.
  • Develop, forecast, and maintain budgets for assigned sites, ensuring alignment with financial targets and service level expectations. Continuously evaluate and implement cost-saving strategies to reduce spend without compromising quality or operational standards.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, property management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated skills in project management, property management, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in standard computer programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of (OSHA, EEO, ADA, HAZMAT, local building codes)

Non-Bargaining

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $64,100.00 to $90,966.00 per year
