Position Summary
Own the Supply Chain governance operating model (principles, decision rights, stage‑gates, and standards) and the maturity roadmap. Run cross‑pillar intake and prioritization (Technology & Analytics, PMO, GRC); define governance KPIs and benefits realization; chair the Governance Council; and craft the leadership narrative and cadence that align BUs and field operations to enterprise objectives.
Essential Responsibilities
Design, publish, and evolve the Governance Framework (principles, RACI, stage‑gates, approval thresholds).
Run demand intake and quarterly prioritization; maintain a transparent, value/risk/feasibility rubric.
Define governance KPIs and a benefits ledger; publish monthly/quarterly reporting with Finance/PMO.
Chair Governance Council and adjudicate exceptions; manage escalation paths and decision logs.
Set standards for process design, documentation, role/permission models, and training artifacts; own repository hygiene policy (partners execute updates).
Lead the strategic communications narrative and partner with Change to manage adoption and change saturation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
8–10+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, operating model design, governance, transformation, or cross functional program leadership.
Proven success structuring governance frameworks, prioritization models, or enterprise operating models.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across the business.
Experience working with cross functional initiatives involving technology, data, process design, or large scale operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a regulated industry (energy, utilities, aerospace, critical infrastructure, public sector).
Management consulting experience (internal or external), especially in: operating model design and governance frameworks
enterprise strategy or transformation programs
Familiarity with S2P, ERP, or CLM processes.
Prosci/ADKAR, PMP/Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable certifications.
Experience with portfolio governance, benefits realization, or PMO processes.
