Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary

This role supports the daily processes and operations of the Energy Efficiency and Beneficial Electrification Delivery team within the Mass Market segment. The Marketing Coordinator will handle various tasks including budgeting, invoicing, customer opportunity management, marketing support, and program management to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Support all aspects of product life cycle to meet or exceed business objectives across assigned Mass Market product lines. 

Essential Responsibilities

• Budgeting and Invoicing: Submit Purchase Requisitions, process invoices, assist with journal entries, manage SAP Purchase Orders (POs), facilitate vendor and customer transactions via financial management and reporting systems, and compile data for team review.
• Customer Opportunity Management: Manage customer opportunities and savings entries in Salesforce, including testing energy savings calculators, managing opportunities between vendors, processing opportunity uploads, and generating reports.
• Marketing Support: Assist with advertising and marketing efforts by submitting web updates, drafting collateral updates, and supporting marketing plans.
• Program Management: Oversee and manage a few programs within the team, ensuring they meet objectives and deliverables.
• Collaboration and Communication: Create, build, and maintain relationships with vendors and other internal and external stakeholders to enhance the performance of the business unit. Provide information and problem resolution across stakeholder groups.
• Team Development: Train and mentor marketing assistants and interns, providing guidance and support to help develop their skills and contribute to portfolio success.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
• One to three years of experience in marketing, business or related roles
• Proven ability and autonomy in process and/or project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to think strategically, to anticipate impacts/problems/issues and offer solutions or ideas for change
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work on project teams
• Experience working directly with customers in service or sales roles preferred

Preferred Requirements

• Experience using Salesforce for CRM and program management
• SAP for invoice management

Non-Bargaining

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $62,500.00 to $88,766.00 per year
