Position Summary
Team lead and expert in reporting/statistical analysis for Supply Chain processes and understanding how analysis impacts overall Supply Chain processes, including the development and implementation of interactive dashboards. Lead a team of analysts to support data management needs and maintain data. Lead sensitive, confidential assignments as needed. Identify, develop, and implement process and system improvements in Supply Chain. Standardize and optimize process design. Develop and lead training for internal/external customers on Supply Chain processes. Position may have concentration in specific business areas, processes, and systems. Provide day-to-day direction and mentoring to lower-level Supply Chain Analyst roles.
Essential Responsibilities
Customer/System Support/Problem Resolution: Lead and perform in-depth research on complex audit questions, software system, or transactional problems. Provide guidance data management needs and maintenance activities. Provide expert customer service support as a technical resource to resolve questions/issues.
Analysis/Reporting: Utilize report writing tools to create insightful reporting and analysis from various data sources to monitor Supply Chain key performance metrics and exceptions. Develop and implement dashboards. Provide direction and perform analysis (e.g. statistical /trend/correlation/control charts) to identify and proactively communicate trends, root causes performance, etc. Analyze reports to ensure data accuracy. Lead analysis and research of audit questions.
Process/System Documentation/Training: Lead the development of Process and System User documentation utilized by Supply Chain. Develop and provide training on critical systems and processes. Review data quality issues and coordinate solutions with data owners. Lead and perform ad-hoc data maintenance and analysis tasks.
Project/Program Management: Utilize project management skills to lead critical projects to improve processes. Develop and implement project plans. Communicate project milestones obstacles and progress. Prepare management reports on program usage and compliance. Develop, maintain, and modify templates. Lead interaction with Supply Chain departments to ensure proper procedures are followed. Reconcile and validate reports. Troubleshoot technical problems. Conduct testing support system updates and coordinate with IT personnel.
Auditing: Schedule independent reviews of processes, policy procedures, and/or contract quality. Perform SOX assessment tests on Supply Chain controls. Act as a single point of contact for internal audits. Accountable for correction & follow through on audit findings. Identify, recommend, and write process controls, test scripts, and communications. Audit, correct errors, and advise personnel on procedures to process transactions accurately . Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements such as sales tax, SOX, IRS, FERC, etc. using a variety of systems.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business, or related technical/analytical field. Eight years of experience in a supply chain related field. Excellent customer/communication skills. Must be approachable, flexible, customer focused, self-motivated, results and team oriented. Five years of experience using statistical analysis reporting tools. Expert in master data management principles and governance tools. Demonstrated advanced-level experience using MS Excel, Access, Word, MS Project, and Visio, designing/developing reports with report writing tools. Experienced with Supply Chain systems. Strong project management skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud or Python.
- SAP S4 and Coupa experience
- Master’s degree in supply chain management, Computer Science, Business, or related technical/analytical field.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience in developing and deploying a KPI/reporting strategy for Supply Chain
- Experience in developing and deploying a SharePoint strategy for Supply Chain,
- Experience with data platforms like Data Bricks or SAP Business objects.

Non-Bargaining
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $95,200.00 to $125,250.00 per year
