Position Summary
Provide overall guidance for Supply Chain key supplier/partner activities and stakeholder engagement. Create companywide Supply Chain program for collaboration, relationship, and performance management of specific key suppliers/partners that cross multiple categories, sourcing projects, and business units.
Essential Responsibilities
Execute and communicate a holistic approach to address the relationship needs of key strategic suppliers/partners by working closely with Category Management, project sourcing, and business unit teams.
Drive continuous improvement along the entire source-to-payment sub-process. Align key supplier/partner strategies across categories where applicable. Communicate and drive end-to-end understanding of key supplier/partner relationships and priorities.
Execute strategies for key supplier/partners by coordinating and integrating relevant category management or capital projects strategies. Ensure procurement, business unit, and other stakeholder interactions are maintained at regular intervals.
Act as main point of contact for key supplier/partner strategic relationships. Maintain strong relationships. Bring together key suppliers/partners, category and capital project sourcing, and stakeholders as needed to address and resolve business issues. Generate ideas to partner with suppliers and improve business goals.
Represent Supply Chain at major industry events and other gatherings. Prepare senior management for discussion/reviews with key suppliers/partners, including materials and alignment with relevant category management or capital projects strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, business, technical/analytical or related field and two years Supply Chain experience, or equivalent combination of experience.
- Requires previous experience in Supply Chain management, supplier life cycle management, procurement tools/processes, market information analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Prior experience with Supplier performance management and KPI development is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills are needed.
- Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and conflict management skills are also desired.
Preferred Requirements:
- Process Management.
- Experience building out processes and templates.
- Coordinate cross functionally.
- Experience working with high value supplier contacts.
- Performance management of suppliers.
- Facilitation for cross functional meetings.

Non-Bargaining
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $100,000.00 to $117,000.00 per year
