Team Lead Builders Call Line - Eau Claire, WI

Position Summary

Provide direction and support in the Builders Call Line operation. Manage the daily operations of a call team, assist in completion of the daily work, support employees, monitor performance, set goals, problem solving and implement process improvements. Resolve customer issues. Organize training. Responsible for team building and communications across Builders Call Line.

Essential Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly planning, organizing, monitoring and assignment of specific tasks of employees.
• Provide leadership, counsel, support and developmental opportunities for the employees of the organization in order to meet operation needs as well as future needs of the organization.
• Responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of process improvements in response to industry changes or organizational needs.
• Responsible for addressing escalated customer questions and inquiries related to delivery and construction services.
• Responsible for the proper interpretation and application of rules and regulations, both internally and externally.
• Monitor and evaluate individual performance. In consultation with the manager, conduct periodic performance reviews and discussions.
• Responsible for planning for and managing employees training needs.

Minimum Requirements

• High School graduate.
• 2 plus years post high school education desirable.
• 3-5 years' experience in Construction, Delivery or closely related area.
• Demonstrated skills in leadership, problem solving, team building, and decision making.
• Working knowledge of Delivery computer systems and standard PC applications.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Non-Bargaining

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $62,500.00 to $88,766.00 per year
