We anticipate the need for one Rotating Garage Foreman, to be located at the Sioux Falls Service Center in Sioux Falls, SD. The starting rate of pay for this
position is $59.64 hourly. This position will be posted for 10 business days from June 10, 2026, to June 23, 2026.


Job Responsibilities:
(May include, but not limited to the following)
The Garage Section Foreman will provide leadership and work direction to subordinates as well as coordinating and prioritizing work based on customers’
needs, in addition to other duties assigned by management. Inspect service, repair and maintain vehicles, trailers, aerials and power operated equipment.
Work will be performed primarily in a company service garage as well as occasional job site field service work. Must be able to work in a team environment
as well as independently. Individual must be highly motivated, customer service driven, detail oriented and quality focused. Position will involve frequent
lifting in excess of 50 lbs as well as prolonged standing. The ability to inspect, service and diagnose as well as properly make minor and major repairs to
electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, gasoline and diesel systems are key success factors for this position. This position will work a Monday through Friday
from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Required
Minimum Qualifications:
1.High school diploma or GED.
2.A two-year technical, vocational or trade school diploma in automotive, truck, and/or heavy equipment service repair and maintenance OR five years
verifiable experience in these defined fields is required.
3.Must have demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
4.Successful applicant must meet all requirements of FMCSR Parts 382 and 391 including the possession of a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL
Class A) or willing/able to obtain within 6 months of employment.
5.The individual must either currently have or be able to obtain a Minnesota annual vehicle inspectors' certification.
6.Applicant must have the ability to read/write and understand the English language, perform basic mathematics and possess basic computer skills.
7.Successful applicant must furnish standard and metric tools in accordance with the Fleet department's required tool list.
8.A high level of safety awareness with a demonstrated commitment to working safely at all times is required.


Special Requirements:
1. Ability to lift 50 or more pounds routinely
2. Fluid Power Society and/or ASE certifications desired.
3. Selection criteria may include testing and/or assessment
4. Must live within 20 mi of the reporting location

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $59.64 per hour
