Position Summary
Responsible to ensure successful completion, implementation and coordination of Inclusion and Corporate Impact projects and tasks. The candidate for this role will be required to work and partner with internal stakeholders including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Social Investments, Data Enterprise Teams, and External partners as required. Provides general support and assistance aligned with the strategy pillars focused on Workforce Development Programs, Inclusion Initiatives and Corporate Giving activities. Provides reporting and support for various departmental initiatives aligned with strategic priorities. Identifies, develops, and maintains standard processes aligned with Xcel Energy Way methodology.
Essential Responsibilities
- Responsible to ensure successful completion, implementation and coordination of Inclusion and Corporate Impact projects and tasks. Provides support based on current programs that align with corporate priorities such as Inclusion focused initiatives, workforce development programs and corporate giving programs.
- Works in collaboration with Talent Strategy and other stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement solutions that support overall People strategy priorities, policies, and initiatives.
- Identifies and develops internal and external relationships in support of active programs, including partnering with internal Business Resource Groups, Workforce Development and Community Stakeholders and other internal corporate areas.
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of relevant experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented; strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
