Position Summary

This position is focused on the strategy of the Clean Transportation (CT) / Electric Vehicle (EV) programs. Manage all aspects of EV programs to meet or exceed operational performance goals (program costs, customer experience etc.) across relevant markets and customer segments. Manage all aspects of the portfolio's program management, time-to-market, sourcing, strategy development, communications, training, continuous improvement, and support needs. Drive effectiveness of product, program delivery, and customer satisfaction deliverables.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the corporation's EV product program strategy to meet market segments' needs and program operations and financial goals. Oversee and ensure all portfolio strategies meet corporate and customer needs and lead cross-functional teams to achieve program deliverables.

  • Develop program filings and supporting materials in support of gaining regulatory approval for EV programs. Coordinate closely with Policy, Regulatory, Strategy and Product Delivery teams within the Company.

  • Implement all aspects of product and program's overall operational goals to include: overall Program Management oversight/coordination, sourcing activities and ownership, launch activities, customer experience, program life-cycle management, and developing tools and metrics to measure customer satisfaction. Champion and deliver continuous improvement opportunities using operations and customer satisfaction data. Manage all aspects of daily product and program issues across segments. Lead initiatives across departments and with external vendors to achieve goals.

  • Develop program financial budgets. Track the progress of each program against targets with accountability to program financials. Responsible for ensuring programs are being implemented within regulatory policies and requirements (specific for each state).

  • Drive and champion recommendations to Product Development and Technology Services of new technologies available and new features that need to be built to successfully deliver programs.

  • Understand customers using internal and external data to determine customer needs, need gaps and preferences. Collaborate with business partners to understand market issues, industry developments, competitors, market segment development/evolution, pricing strategies, value proposition, etc. and make recommendations on strategy.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, strategy, marketing, or related discipline

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations, product management, product development, or electric transportation is required

  • Advanced degree preferred

  • Demonstrated experience participating on and/or leading cross-functional team activities and partnering across internal and external teams to move work forward and deliver results

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous experience creating/building dashboards/presentations and use of project management tools (i.e., Jira, etc)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Clean Transportation / EV space

  • Experience working in a regulated utility environment

  • Experience with technical modeling of utility customer programs

Non-Bargaining

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $97,600.00 to $137,600.00 per year
