Position Summary
The Senior Talent Management Analyst partners across the talent management team to support the delivery and sustainment of high-quality programs, tools and platforms. This role brings strong user experience and project execution capabilities to complex talent initiatives to ensure platforms, tools and content operate effectively at scale. This role also serves as the administrator for the GLINT platform and manages select vendor relationships and contracts in support of talent management solutions.
Essential Responsibilities:
Talent Management Tools, Programs & Design
- Partner with talent management team to develop and deploy processes, programs, and materials using a range of delivery methods and technologies.
- Serve as an internal consultant to the talent management team on design and user experience, translating draft concepts into polished, user‑centered final products.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and learning modalities (e.g., digital, mobile, video, social learning) and apply them appropriately.
Program Implementation & Project Management
- Support the execution of talent management programs and initiatives, including coordination of meetings, communications, logistics, reporting and analysis.
- Lead projects and workstreams to completion, managing timelines, deliverables, and budget considerations.
- Track progress and key performance indicators, identifying opportunities to improve program administration, operational processes and user experience.
- Provide support for program offerings, including scheduling and facilitation logistics.
Viva GLINT Platform Administration
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Viva GLINT platform to support engagement, 360 feedback, lifecycle and ad-hoc surveys.
- Configure surveys, support data administration, and ensure accurate deployment across employee populations.
- Partner with Talent Management and HR stakeholders to support survey launches, reporting readiness, and operational execution.
- Ensure platform usage aligns with established governance, data standards, and listening strategy.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage ongoing relationships with select external vendors supporting talent management and employee listening solutions.
- Serve as the day‑to‑day contract and vendor liaison, tracking renewals, deliverables, and service performance.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure vendor solutions meet business needs and contractual commitments in alignment with approved vendor strategy and procurement requirements.
Content Management & Knowledge Stewardship
- Design, lead, and execute the content management process for the Talent Management team.
- Ensure all published content is reviewed, refreshed, and maintained on a regular cycle to support accuracy, clarity, and usability.
- Establish standards and processes to improve consistency and ease of access to talent management resources.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years of experience in talent management, learning, HR, program management, or related areas.
- Experience supporting or administering HR technology platforms
- Experience managing vendors and supporting contract lifecycles.
- Proven project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale programs or platforms.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); comfort working with data and dashboards.
