Position Summary

Coordinates and performs a wide variety of administrative and dept. specific functions for Talent and Training organization within Customer Care. Handles details and assignments of a confidential and complex nature. Handles details and assignments of a routine nature within agreed upon limits using established guidelines and procedures. Exercises independent judgment and initiative within agreed upon limits.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Develops, coordinates and maintains training database (LMS) for multiple Customer Care sites, to include tracking of calendars, attendance, evaluations, assessments, and associated assets. Uses multiple computer applications to perform duties in most effective manner.
  • Composes, designs, edits, and prepares various correspondence, documents and reports for the Talent and Training organization, to include spreadsheets, graphs and charts. Communicates results to Talent and Training and Customer Care leaders and departments.
  • Processes dept. timekeeping and payroll, maintains records, coordinates employee changes.
  • Maintain confidential files, personnel data and reports. Receives, sorts, redirects and prioritizes incoming communication. Orders and maintains inventory for office supplies.
  • Designs and administers office procedures. Trains staff on administrative procedures as needed. Evaluates and revises procedures as necessary to improve office efficiency.
  • Coordinate, initiate, record departmental meetings and travel arrangements for department. Arranges schedules for training, events, and manager/director needs. Develops and maintains training facility management processes.
  • Conducts special projects requiring research and report development. Research may require collection and analysis of data. Checks input for accuracy and corrects errors.

Minimum Requirements
  • Requires High School diploma; and five plus years of experience, to include coordination of training.
  • Requires a broad knowledge of operations and policies.
  • Proficient in use of computer applications to include word processing, presentation, graphic and database applications.
  • Selection criteria may include testing and/or assessment.
