Position Summary
Skillfully design and facilitate the implementation of best-in-class customer experiences which eliminate customer pain and meet business goals. Have responsibility for the entire journey. Partner with leadership and product stakeholders to internalize the needs of the customer and use a design thinking approach to shepherd the development of the perfect end-to-end experience.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Consult with a dynamic mix of product teams and projects to solve for some of the most pressing customer experience issues through differentiated design solutions.
  • Drive insights into strategy to unlocking profitable growth for the company.
  • Lead executive presentations, facilitate large group workshops, and engage and inspire stakeholders throughout the experience design process.
  • Create key customer experience artifacts (i.e. Customer Journeys, Experience Maps, Personas, etc.)

Minimum Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in business, marketing, project management, design, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of driving transformational change and delivering measurable results.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing customer experience programs or initiatives.
  • 3+ years of experience leveraging data driven insights to inform a better experience.
  • 3+ years working collaboratively with leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience that spans across UX, business, operations, engineering, and design.
  • Feel comfortable talking to business, UX, design, developers and technology stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, undefined spaces.
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking techniques.
  • Experience leading the creation of customer journey maps, experience maps, personas, etc.
  • Past experience working on artefacts such as EPICs, user stories, business requirements, etc. while working in an agile environment.



During COVID-19 Pandemic this position may require the ability to temporarily work remote within the company service territory until company protocol dictates return to the office criteria has been met.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $82,700 to $117,566 per year
