Position Summary

Assist with the logistics and administration surrounding the design, development and delivery of enterprise learning fulfillment. Assist with the facilitation of the Enterprise Learning Council and similar broad organizational engagements. Collaborate with the Enterprise Learning team and assigned strategic stakeholders to support training session logistics, course administration, and learning administration support. Provide responsive customer service and seek innovative solutions. Participate in the development of new or revised programs and procedures. Work with assigned team and business area customers to ensure successful implementation of enterprise learning programs and initiatives.


Essential Responsibilities
  • Support implementation of new programs and initiatives, which may include but is not limited to coordinating and facilitating employee meetings, conducting presentations, participating in the development of communication materials, tracking and reporting progress on key performance indicators, identifying and recommending processes to support effective program administration and ongoing program administration.
  • Assist with or conduct research and data analysis pertaining to existing or proposed programs and initiatives to ensure maximum program effectiveness.
  • Act as a contact for business areas and Enterprise Learning staff on programs and initiatives. Provide accurate, timely and consistent interpretation of company policies, practices and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Provide generalized learning administration support which includes course credit, curriculum creation, learner roster management, exception report creation.
  • Schedule engagement/management events and coordinate calendars and other resources.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic knowledge of learning theory, Instructional Design or Technical Instruction.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel and work irregular hours on occasion.
