We have a formal hiring process that includes: completing an online application, a phone interview by an Xcel Energy recruiter or representative, and additional interviews that must be completed before an offer of employment is extended.

Xcel Energy will never request money for the opportunity to apply or work. We do not require completion of tax forms, sharing bank account details, or solicit credit card information as part of the hiring process.

You can check the status of your application at any time by utilizing the username and password you would have been required to create to apply. Any direct communication between an Xcel Energy recruiter or representative will come from the verified domain @xcelenergy.com.
