Our 14 Business Resource Groups (BRGs) provide employees with opportunities for cultural exchange, employee connection and community engagement. With nearly 1,000 members across the company, BRGs create an inclusive environment for personal and professional growth and empower employees to make a meaningful impact in their workplace. Membership in Xcel Energy’s Business Resource Groups is voluntary and open to all employees.
